Anniversary the day we travel

The day we travel, (which is approaching exceedingly slowly!), is also our anniversary. It'll only be 6 years (seems longer somehow!), but I thought it'd be nice to do 'something' on the journey. Having a pretty bad imagination, has anyone got any bright ideas.

Virgin will bring champagne, chocolates or a cake to your seat which you need to book in advance, and although I've not looked into it, I would think BA would offer something like that.

How about splashing out on an ugrade ?

We had some newly weds on one of our flights and he decided to carry her over the threshold (they were virgin cabin crew). Well he smacked her head on the door and then dropped her,so I recommend not doing that that.

What about an annoucement on the plane, or a limo from the airport to take you to the hotel.

For my anniversay Nic bought me a fillet-o-fish and a Mcflurry. Anything above this would be great!!!!!

The fillet of fish sounds a bit too extravagant to me!
Although I like the idea of an up-grade, I might keep it secret, that'd be a nice suprise. We're flying with United (BMI) and someone told me you can upgrade to 'new economy' for £100 each.
