I am confused as can be about dinner on the Wonder. Our trip is May 2 and our anniversary is May 3. We don't know when or if to book dinner at Palos because we don't want to miss any of the other restaurant experiences. All you experienced eaters out there, which night would you pick to eat at Palos or would you? Double dipping isn't possible as neither my husband and I are big eaters. Help us make this a memorable anniversary/retirement meal. Thanks all! Lynn:earsgirl:

We haven't done the Palo dinner yet, only the brunch. Surpisingly, many cruisers prefer the Palo brunch instead of the Palo dinner. If brunch is not available (I don't think it is on the 3-day Wonder anyone?), and you really don't want to miss the other restuarants, then maybe skip Palo?

DH and I haven't done the dinner on the past two cruises, and we've loved every minute of the dining rooms.

(Maybe I'll sing a different toon, however, when we do the Palo dinner.):D

Palo is wonderful but we did it for the first time on our 5th cruise. Trust me that every meal will be wonderful and memborable. Be sure that DCL knows your anniversary. Your servers will celebrate with a cake for you. Also if you talk to your head server about a retirement celebration maybe he can do something special for that as well.
