anniversary ideas

We will be celebrating our 15th anniversary Saturday. We have never went out on our anniversary, just gave one another cards. We mutually agreed on this because of the kids. We thought well there is time for that when they are grown. NO FLAMES PLEASE! Anyway, we have been going through a rough time and even talked about divorce. We agreed to work on it, and things are getting better. We even have our first WDW trip planned in 49 days. So excited. Anyway I was trying to get some ideas on what everyone does for their anniversary? We even have a babysitter!!!! Now if the babysitter does not back out like she has been known too, we will be going out. Any ideas would be great

Take a drive, find a hill and watch the sunset together.

How about a nice romantic dinner at a place you have been wanting to try. You know the kind with cloth napkins and no children.

Have a date similar to what you did when you were dating. Did you two do something special while dating? Movie? Dinner? Dance? Golf? Beach? Walk?

Do something that will remind you both of where you started and enjoy each other!

Get dressed up and go somewhere you wouldn't normally go for dinner (somewhere special) , make it a late dinner. You could go somewhere special after even for dessert and coffee (maybe somewhere that has light music etc)

Count on the kids being in bed asleep when you get home, DH drives the babysitter home, you open up a bottle of wine, put some music on and light some candles in the bedroom.....well....the rest you can figure out...

Have a good time! Enjoy each other's company and share with eachother.

Thanks for all the suggestions. We have decided on dinner for sure. I am going shopping tommorrow for a new outfit!! Not sure what else, I guess we will find out Saturday!! Thanks again.
