Which would you choose? We currently have California Grill booked for a a 7:30 reservation in August. We originally were staying at the Poly when I booked (where we'll drop our son off at the Neverland Club). Now, we are staying at the Grand Floridian. We'd want to pick our son up around 9:30 or so I think.

Is there somewhere else I should try? DH said it was up to me. We will be in the MK that day and DH will not have a park hopper.

I think Narcoossees is the best of those three, but I'd also ask which menu speaks to you most.

GF to Poly is an easy walk. CR > Poly > GF is also pretty easy on the resort monorail.

Of the three you listed in the title, I'd pick Citrico first, Narcoossee second and CG third. You'll probably enjoy any of them. Lots of folks like CG for the view however many also find the overall atmosphere to be a bit noisy and the food not up to the standard of the other signature restaurants.

We have eaten at both Narcoossee's and Citricos for our anniversary.

Citricos had impeccable service,

Narcoossee's they knew it was our anniversary and stuck us up on the top level next to a table with a crawling toddler on the floor. It really was not th best experience. The food was ok, but we thought the portions were not large.

Ha! sort of humorous with the range of responses. I guess there isn't really a wrong choice.

luvmarypoppins- Not the best experience because of the toddler? Or the top floor? i think I'm leaning to switching to Narcosees- the walk back and forth sounds a bit nicer then the monorail.

Both the crawling kid, and we went through this with 3 of our own but they were never allowed to crawl around a table and being next to the bar. They also gave us a 4 table instead of a 2 like down below. Not conducive to a romantic dinner at all.

Get the almond cheesecake if you go, its fantastic.

For a romantic dinner, your best choice would be Narcoossee's. Second choice would be Citrico's. A distant third would be California Grille.

Ditto on the Almond Crusted Cheesecake at Narcoossee's.

Of the three, I'd choose Citricos. However, Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge is by far my favorite Signature. I do like Cali Grill but as others mentioned it is quite load. Citricos is nice and quiet. I actually do not care for Narcoosees. I've been several times and I just don't get the hype. But, you'll always find someone who doesn't like a place everyone loves. Lol I guess for me that's Narcoosees.

My recommended order would be: 1. Narccoossee, 2. CG, 3. Citrico

Of the 3 you mentioned this would be my order too (though CG and Narccoossee's are a tie for me). Citricos has just never been up to par with the other 2 food wise for us. Though as vjoge recommends Jiko is by far our favorite signature, followed closely by Flying Fish (which is closed for a while)

There is missing data.... are you restricted to the DDP? Important that we understand this.

I would choose Narcoossee or Citricos for an anniversary. CG can be loud and is often filled with kids. I like kids but for some reason people think they need to dine at CG late enough for WIshes, and they take kids there who are used to eating much earlier. It is not pretty.

We celebrated both at Narcossee and Citricos so can't comment on California Grill. We really enjoyed Narcossee both times we went and did not like our meal at Citricos. Mention your anniversary when doing your ADR. Congratulations!

Wow- yeah that is definitely a good reason to stay away from California Grill! Night without kids (including a 2 year old) we definitely do not want cranky kids dining with us. We can get that any ole time. (though really we always eat at 5 with them because we never want overtired kids). Reservation changed to Narcosee.

Thanks for all the input!
