If anyone has ever celebrated their anniversary onboard DCL, I would like to know if they do anything special for you. My TA took down that it was our anniversary and how many years, but I don't know if that will be communicated to DCL and if it is, what they will do with the information.

In addition, our actual anniversary will be the day we board (11/28) the Wonder for the four day. Would you suggest we do our rotation restaurant that night (to meet our servers, etc), or should we use the Palo's reservations (I have the REAS booked as a surprise for DW)? I am saving the breakfast, spa and turndown for the day at sea.

Last question: Once we board, is there any way to communicate to our servers (without doing it in front of DW) that we are celebrating our anniversary.

I know it is a long way off, but I am such an anal retentive about planning this trip. Thanks in advance!

My daughter had told them it was my DH and my anniversary for our cruise. They brought out a lovely wedge of cake (like 1/4 of a cake), topped with a chocolate ribbon that had the Wonder's impression on it ... unfortunately, we had late dining and there was *no* way in the world we could eat that cake. We took it back to our room and passed it over to my nephew "The Bottomless Pit."

When we made the reservation we told them that we would be celebrating an anniversary and two birthdays. Our group was me and DH, DM, DS and DBIL and their 4 kids. 2 kids were celebrating birthdays. They share the same day one year apart and our anniversary. At the first night's dinner we spoke with our server and explained who was celebrating what and when we wanted to celebrate what. I didn't want anniversary celebrated on mexicali night. We did anniversary on the Formal night. For each celebration we got a cake with a chocolate decoration of the ship and either Happy Birthday or Happy Anniversary on it. Cake was good. Could never finish it cause dinner and dessert was always so good.
The only other thing we had that was arranged by my DM ahead of time was the Petite-four and champagne waiting for us in our room when we boarded.

Can't help you with the Palo's we haven't tried it yet! (Yes I want to take another Disney Cruise, please let me take another Disney Cruise).

We sailed on the Wonder on 7/11. When I booked 11 months before the cruise, I mentioned to the CM that the cruise was to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. I never mentioned our anniversary to anyone after that. We were so surprised when after dinner on the 3rd night of our cruise we were given a lovely (and delicious) anniversary cake. We sampled it, but were too stuffed to enjoy it, so we took it back to our room. Our servers (and several others) brought the cake to us and sang a happy anniv. song.
