Anniversary at Disney?

We are going to Disney with our kids, but our 5 year wedding anniversary is during our trip. We are hoping to get an in room sitter at the resort while our kids are asleep so we can go out for an anniversary date. Any advice for some good adult places at or around Disney?

I recommend either Narcoossees or Victoria and Alberts. I've had wonderful experiences at both.
