Let me give you a couple of comments that may help you:
When we were there, they were touting wait times of 4-5 hours to visit Anna and Elsa. But it was more like 2 hours or so. They had one mega-line broken up in two sections, so it was really bad.
But that's why they have to move. The reason why you do not see any lines inside where Anna and Elsa is located is because you are greeted by the door. You meet both of them, take the picture and then leave through the Norway gift shop. It's roped off, so you will have to go through the crowd of people just wanting a glimpse of them. It's a zoo!
But they are moving them to MK because of Fairytale Hall. (By the way, Fairytale Hall is in Fantasyland- at the back of the park. You might as well catch the train to Fantasyland and reach it there. If not, you run the risk of running through the park in a panic.!)
They need the space.
Oh, and let me say this last thing... After Anna and Elsa, the second longest wait time is for... wait for it... Princess Tiana! That's a long wait, too! The reason why is because Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen really takes their time and gives you a good experience. Plus, since Tiana is the only American princess, Americans really relate to her. And Prince Naveen was really funny! They are really worth the wait, but it's going to be a wait!
