Hello friends!

I do a lot of research for trips and I tend to put the highlights/key points into a presentation for the family (and friends who are interested in learning more. It's visual intensive and I love finding the right pictures!

This is our first cruise, and I absolutely love the animation that accompanies the Ports of Call section. But I can't seem to be able to save it as an animated picture. Anyone with a different skill set than mine know how to extract this?

File this one under "low priority passion project," with no urgency or impact. Just for fun!

Thanks!

The source code for the animation is a JavaScript file, so there's no simple way to just save the image file outright. For example, here's one for an Eastern Caribbean map: https://cdn1.parksmedia.wdprapps.di...es/PCV-AT_SEA-CZM-GEC-FMH-AT_SEA-GOC-PCV.js?1

What you could try is using a screen capture program and record the animation, then save the recording as an animated GIF or other video format. I use one called SnagIt that can do that.

A couple weeks ago I was just trying to get somebody to show me how to find that page with the map. I was considering a few different cruises and wanted to see where the ports coincided with the other ports. How do you find that map?

In my example, it's under "Already Booked => My Reservations." When I bring up my reservation, it will show me this map.

But you can click on any cruise and something similar should show up. Try "Plan A Cruise => Find A Cruise" and all should have something similar. Check out the link below as an example.
