Animal Print Mickey Head Request

I love the Animal Print Mickey Head designs that I have seen on various posts. Are any of the designers doing these anymore?

I would take the blanks I have seen and personalize them myself, but I don't have a clue how to do that. I tried putting them in Word, but they are so small and when I stretch them they look horrible.

Is there anyone who would do 4 Animal Print Heads for me?

Those are exactly what I am looking for, but my problem is I can't personalize them. Can anyone tell me how to do it if I don't have Photoshop? I tried them in Word, but they are too small.
