OUR HOTEL DOES ITS OWN TRANSPORT BUT DOSEN'T GO TO ANIMAL KINGDOM SO WHICH OTHER DISNEY PARK DO WE GO TO TO GET THERE?

If you are coming from bus off site that does not go to AK, then you need to catch bus to any other park and get AK bus from one of those parks (your bus to MK will go to the Transportation and Ticket Center and you catch AK bus at that center; busses to Epcot and MGM go right to parks and AK bus is right outside park).

Your situation is one of the reasons why rental cars are often highly recommended if staying off-site.
