I am planning for our visit - and it's our first using FP+ during a spring break trip (last week of March). It's only 2 of us (me and DS age 18). I'm thinking we'll visit Animal Kingdom on Monday, March 23 and then hop to HS that night for evening EMH. I have our FP+ scheduled for the Studios, thinking it will be busy that night for the evening EMH. I am planning on being at Animal Kingdom at rope drop. Is Animal Kingdom doable without FP+ during Spring Break? The park opens at 9 (so no EMH). Any experts have a recommended plan to fit in Everest, the Safari and maybe Lion King without a FP+?

Be at the gates well before RD to be at or near the front of the hordes. They may very well open before the official time. EE has a single rider line, so you can use that and avoid the standby line. Hit KS first thing. Then EE. Then Dinosaur. This is where you might hit your first long line. FOTLK can be done standby. Just don't wait til 10 min. before show time.

I was about to say exactly what Minnie Mum said, so I was just say ditto.
