Does this resort book up fast for 1 bedrooms? We are looking for a 1 bedroom for July and are not 100 percent sure that we want to stay here? I really want to stay here but my wife isn't convienced just yet lol. Right now there is availiablity through DVC for July, will that quick change in 30 days? Thanks!

If you are open to any view, you should be able to book a 1 bedroom at AKV in April for a July stay.

But why not book now and then cancel if you decide to book somewhere else? As long as you cancel at least 31 days in advance, there is no penalty for cancelling and all the points will go back into your account.

The above assumes you are an owner. If you are looking to rent, you will need to be sure before you ask to book. Rentals are almost always non-refundable.
