Animal Kingdom touring question

I know they are currently letting people in before published opening times for Avatarland. Are other areas of the park open as early as well? Trying to decide if we should keep a Tusker House PPO breakfast we have, which we booked mainly for touring benefit. We have FOP Fast pass mid-day so we don't need to rush for that. Would like to take advantage of the Avatar rush to get lots of other things done.
