Buses are not currently running between the parks and Disney Springs.

You can take a bus from AK to Saratoga Springs and then walk to Disney Springs from there. I believe you should get off at the Congress Park stop.

Thats a long bus ride as is the bus from AKL to DS.

The other thing you could do is to bus to literally ANY resort and grab that resort's Disney Springs bus, but the Saratoga option could be slightly more direct.

When I was a driver, we used to recommend Pop or AoA, as most of the travel is on Osceola Pkwy & Victory Way which tend to move faster than BVD, and the only detour off a direct route is into and out of the resort.
