Animal Kingdom Savahana Question

We are debating staying one night at AKL after our 3 day Wonder cruise in October. We are planning on only going to Animal Kingdom park that day and then enjoying our evening at the resort...

My question is??? If we just have a standard view room are their places around the lodge to enjoy the savahna without having the view from you room. We did not want to spend quit that much for a one night stay. I also know they have a really nice pool??

We may be there on Halloween night and I was also wondering if they have any Halloween activities at the resort for the kids that night???

I can't help you on the Halloween part of your question but there are plenty of places to view the animals if you do not have a Savannah view room. The pool is nice, it is zero entry. You will love AKL.

We watched a travel chanel special on AKL and it looks so nice so we though that this would give us a chance to check it out. I know we will want to go back for a longer stay.

I am going to keep my eye open for discount codes this summer and then book the room.

I am sure they would have some sort of Halloween activities for the kids. Heck she should just be happy she is in Disney World!

We did Mickey's party this year on Halloween and had a blast,but don't really want to fight the crowds this time around. We would like to enjoy the resort and the AK park this short trip.
