Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios on a crowd level 7 day?

We will be in Disney over Columbus Day weekend and the week following. Which park would be better to go to when the crown level will be a 7 at each park according to touring plans? Here's what we would like to accomplish at each park.

I'd choose the one Josh recommended after park hours are posted. At least read his description about that day and make the best decision for your family, even if it is "against" the recommendation.

I looked at last years recommendations, but I'm waiting on the information for this year to be posted. I thought some people on here might have some opinions.
We can either hit AK on an EMH day and have a later breakfast at Tusker House with a higher crowd day or hit it on a lower crowd day and have a pre-opening park breakfast at TH. Which ever day we do AK, the other day we'll do HS. Trying to figure it out before next month when I need to make ADRs.

With what you have listed there aren't many rides at either park that you're going to need to worry about crowd levels.

I think personally I'd go to AK on the EMH busier day - head to Everest first, FP+ for Primeval Whirl, Safari and Everest and that will guarantee you get on all of them. You might even get on Everest more times with little lines if you go twice immediately then FP+ it for later! With HS you just need to FP+ TSMM and hit Star Tours at rope drop. I'm assuming you are doing RD for both days. If you aren't then I'd pick HS for the day that it's least busy since that park always feels like too many people are there because it's smaller.

My original plan was to hit AK on this day until I realized it will probably have EMH in hte morning and then I began to rethink it because we were planning to have breakfast at Tusker House at 8 and then be done for the park opening at 9. I'm thinking if we went and did Everest a couple times at 8 and then did a couple other things and then had breakfast around 9-9:30 that might work.
The day we go to HS, I'm unsure if we'll be there at ropedrop. My in-laws like to have breakfast (thinking Whispering Canyon because we are staying at WL) so we might not arrive until a little later. I figure it should still be doable with what we want to accomplish. But might be easier to do on a less crowded day.

Depends on whether either park has EMH and if you are going to take advantage of it. Honestly, you should easily be able to get everything you want done at either park using FP+.

If AK has EMH, you could have breakfast at 10 or 10:30. You could get most of the rides done before breakfast and do the shows and trails afterward.
