Animal Kingdom Night Hours

My family is planning to go to Disney next year somewhere between Sept-Oct. And I've been making plans and checking things out(I'm super excited as I haven't been in a few years), and I've been thrilled to go to Pandora, especially at night. But as I look at the park hours for late extra hours, they stop after August 19 of this year. Does anyone know what the heck that is all about, or know if/when they have extra hours again? Also, to those who have actually been to it, would I have time for it with getting dinner at Rainforest Cafe say about 5-6pm and it will be dark to see the bioluminecence really good? And yes, I probably spelled that word wrong xP

Not sure what is going on with the EMH but it won't be getting dark here until around 645-7(maybe later) until we set the clocks back for the fall

Thank you for replying I just wanna be able to see Pandora in all that night glory but incorperate dinner before that.
