Animal Kingdom Lodge pricing question

What is the price per point Disney is offering for AKL? I thought the guide we met with said it was the same special as SSR but dh isn't so sure about that. Maybe I got to excited about buying into DVC.

Called my guide this weekend to see about pricing..the promotions look good on DVCNews...however he said they were not honoring " Magical Beginnings"...so we would only get $8 off our 50 points. Price is $112 per point. Prices definitely going up July 1 but he could not tell me how much.

My guide told me the AKL will be the same price as BLT as of July 1 at $120/point.

I just added on direct through Disney, I attended an event at BLT when I was there in May so I dont know if the pricing is the same. We added on 125pts and it was 15$ off the 112$ purchase price so $97 per point. I think 8$ off per point for 50 to 100 pts. I know I could have gotten it cheaper through resale but buying direct is just so easy
