We are going to stay at AKL for 6 nights at the beginning of October - then a Disney Cruise for a week - tell me all about it!

Hi There, I don't have much time to post as I am off to work shortly but I wanted to let you know that we stayed at AKL last Nov and it was AWESOME!!! We loved it-not a thing that we didn't like! The CM's were awesome,very friendly,the pool area is great, the savannah was so neat! Good food,beautiful ( and I mean Beautiful) resort. Ohh and they gave us a free upgrade from our el cheapo parking lot view room I had booked to a 3rd floor room facing the main savannah!!! That was excellent. I was sick with a chest thing and I was up coughing every nigh-so it was geat to have some company (the animals!!).
They also have plenty of activities around the resort, culinary tour,art tour,cultural safari, sunrise safari,storeytelling (nope-not just for kids!) ect.
