Animal Kingdom Face Painting?

It looks like they opened another face painting place in Pandora. Is the one in Africa still open? I'm not sure the Avatar characters would make any sense to them. Does anyone happen to have photos/prices of a face painting stand? How long is the wait, usually?

My boys (3 and 5) have been BEGGING to get their faces painted at every festival/park we go to, so I'm hoping to plan in some extra time to let them get it done in AK. I'm just not sure what to plan for! Any help would be appreciated!

Don't know for sure if it is still in Africa - I remember DD got hers done there, but it has been several years. I will be glad to check for you next week when we visit if that helps (not sure when you are going).

I asked a friend of mine who lives down there and she said she thought she noticed one in Africa. This is one thing I do not understand but the 2 women who run my life (8 and 17) have to get their faces painted in every park we go to, I try to get some pictures taken early of their faces before they hit the painters.

We were there last week and our 3 littles did the face painting in Africa, right by tusker house

As PP mentioned, we did see the one in Africa past Tusker House on left, right before Safari - didn't notice the price, and wait I am sure will depend on time and crowds. DD 14 ended up wanting the Pandora one - she picked Banshee look(right after FoP), but many other designs - more $$ than I wanted to pay($21-25), but I gave in on this one - no wait mid-afternoon when we went. (Sidenote - she also ended up buying the Banshee with most of her souvineer money I designated for her - also $$ - they definitely know what they are doing!)
