Animal Kingdom evening ADRs

Animal Kingdom has officially extended their hours (according to My Disney Experience), but I still can't book evening ADRs. I understand that Dining Packages and FPs will be available 5/21, but any idea on when ADRs will be available to book?

It could be anytime. I would just keep checking. I don't think there is a lot of rhyme or reason to when Disney opens these things up after they have made the official announcement about park hours.
