Animal Kingdom breakfast options... Pizzafari?

I'm a little stumped as to where to eat breakfast on our AK days in May. Previously we've stayed at POP, POR and the Poly but this year we will be at the YC which does not have a counter service. Our routine is usually to eat at the food court/CS and then head to the parks but we won't be able to do that.

I have all the other parks covered... MK = Main Street Bakery, DHS = Starring Rolls and Epcot = Sunshine Seasons.

The only breakfast menu at AK I can find (we don't want a TS because it'll take up too much time) is at Pizzafari. I've never heard anything about their breakfast. Is it any good? What do you guys do for your AK breakfasts?

You could walk over to the Boardwalk and have breakfast from the Boardwalk Bakery! Then, you can just catch the AK bus from the Boardwalk afterwards!
