Animal Kingdom (and other park) recommendations?!

Hello!!!

I just got an annual pass to WDW and I am so excited!! A few of my friends and I got passes and we have already gone once but we were so overwhelmed. We wanted to see the different parks and spent the major part of the day riding the monorail and the bus and the ferry boat. Not to mention we didn't know about the fast passes and the lines were at least a 60 minute wait. It was a little overwhelming!

When you guys go to disney, what are your must-see attractions / shows / rides at each park?

We plan to go to animal kingdom saturday and I want to be ready! We reserved fast passes for Expedition Everest and the safari ride and I think the lion king show. What else would you recommend there?

Also, do they sell the Minnie Mouse headbands at animal kingdom (they have regular ones and sparkly ones) or is that just at magic kingdom?

I think just about everything is worthwhile at Animal Kingdom! It's such a beautiful park. The safari ride is my favorite, with Everest a close second. Don't miss either of the Jungle walks, the African one where you can see the Silverback Gorillas or the Maharaja Jungle Trek in Asia where you can see the Tigers, Komodo dragon and other animals.
The dinasaur ride is good, some think it is really scarey. It's Tough to be a Bug is fun.
Best restaurants are Yak & Yeti; either the fast food or sit down, and Flame Tree Barbecue.
You got the right fast passes, I think you will really enjoy the Lion King, great show.
The theming in this park is extraordinary, so remember to take your camera there are photo ops everywhere.
