We just got one yesterday. Not completely sure. Has to be the right balance of trees, flowers and stuff.

Like Nancy said, make sure you have the right amount of trees (cut a couple down if Pelly says you have too many). I really don't have a big clue or anything. Truth is, we had the perfect town and didn't even know it. We had a lily-of the valley pop up and we didn't know why. Turned out it was a Jacob's Ladder, and if you have a perfect town, they'll pop up here and there. I think we have 3 (or 4) now.

I was really excited today. Yesterday we got what I thought was a purple rose. Today I was moving it so it would be along the path. Turns out - it's a BLACK rose!!! how cool!!!

and truly, we're just muddling along. We don't have much snow (so we won't have much grass). That doesn't seem to have any importance in the perfect town thing. Although spring is gonna come and it's gonna look like we live in the dry plains. Hopefully with more flowers planted, we'll get more grass.

"A quick word on how to read my town tunes...

1. There are sometimes two of the same note. For example, there are two "G"s when making a town tune. If I make an uppercase "G", I mean the G that is higher on the scale. If I put a lowercase "g", I mean the g that is lower on the scale. It's that simple.

2. If I put a "Z", that means to put the frog in the sleeping mode, so there's silence.

3. If I put a "-", I mean the note right above the "Z". It holds out the previous note, as explained in the previous section.

4. If I put a "?", that means to put the frog in the highest position, so it plays a random note. You’ll almost never see this.

My animals keep telling me to go visit Lois and plant a money tree and talking about the lighthouse in Gusitown.

I have this funny story to tell share with everyone AND I know only you guys will get a kick out of it.

My husband and I have been dealing with issues with his mom. It has been a very, very long week. Anyway, last night I dreamed that Nancy (YellowMickeyPonchos) was digging holes and filling them with the pitfall seeds and I was on the other side pushing her in.

I think I have played this game way too much.

Of course, makes me wonder if this could really happen in real life would I be in trouble. I wonder if I could market this.

That is hilarious! I think it is so funny when you are in the "real" world and see stuff that reminds you of ACCF... like the orange trees blooming here in Houston... it cracks me up.

plant a bag of bells to grow a money tree? I already have the gold shovel, and made a bag of bells, but I can't get the bag into the hole I dug. Also, will I have to water the tree?
Any tips about making a snowman? Everytime I find the 2 snowballs, they are across town from each other and I always end up dropping one into the river on my way across town.

My upstairs room is Mario theme and it's the model room a HRA

I've only got a couple more to find now and I'm building up my points to buy the gifts from Nooks - I only have the banana right now.

I also managed to get rid of Gwen the penguin, now Francine the spotty rabbit has moved. I'm waiting for her to unpack, hopefully she'll be done by tomorrow so I can browse and maybe buy something.
Some of my animals don't seem to have many items and quite a lot are ones I've given them in letters, I've got a few sets that I want to complete but Nooks hasn't had them on sale yet.
