Caught my first stringfish finally! WOOHOO

I haven't been playing much, but still spend 20-30 mins a day. Just working on my first red turnip and I have a boat load of turnips to sell if anyone gets a good price. Mine have been really low all week.

I have to sell my red turnip on saturday right?

Yay for the string fish, yes, my house is full of turnips too, waiting for that good price and yes, sell the red one on Saturday.

Our Nooks is closed today for renovations - I'll be out visiting tonight!

Question....I heard that if you have a microphone from another game (we have High School Musical) that you can use that the same way you would use the Wiispeak. Has anyone tried this!!

That's a really good question about the microphone! The Wiispeak is just a microphone that you plug into the USB port in the back of the Wii so it could work - it's worth a try. The one thing the Wiispeak has is a 12 digit number to allow you to download the Wiispeak program on your Wii for "free". I did this and it made a Wiispeak channel on my Wii which you can apparently use to send voicemail-type message to other Wiis or to communicate in some sort of Wii Mall. I don't know if this program affects the microphone capability in Animal Crossing, though.

We should try it the next time we visit each other!

Hey Mar.

There is an option to use a headset mic on the same page as the mic settings. Bottom line of the graphic. I need to pick one up for podcast segment recording, so I think I will help try that out with you!

I was going to ask a similar question - I was wondering if you can use a headset with a microphone attached? It would make it so much easier - since DH is usually in the same room - either watching the other tv or reading or snoozing. I did get the Wii speak yesterday - but afterwards realized that I won't be able to use it all the much since it would disturb anyone else in the room.

If your game is set for today;s date, then you should be able to find it at Gracie Grace. It's part of her new Spring line. If you've been in there at all at the end of january, you know she was having a clearance sale. Well, now - her spring collections are out! He showed up in our down today and gave us some of the brown track we already have lots of. Once we give him something, does he leave? My DS was running all over the town looking for him with more stuff but could not find him. Is it 1 and done with him or does he stick around?

And again...sorry to Lois about last night. We froze up again. We had to shut the Wii off and on again because it was stuck. So I am guessing it was our internet but just as she was going into our Nooks we lost it.

Can you please tell me what the hearts next to names mean? Some are full some are empty?

Wendell often hides behind trees. He can be really hard to find sometimes, but he should stick around for a while. Maybe he is like others that disappear after 6pm.

Empty hearts mean you haven't visited that town yet. Once you visit - it fills in. Then you can send mail to that person.

Yes my son gave him something...can't remember what. But then he went and caught a bunch of fish to load up his pockets and that is when he could not find them. So we didnt know that since we already gave him something today, if he headed out of town.

Yes, it's true. You know that you can design your own patterns at Able Sisters. My daughters have both done it. If you go in and talk to the sister that walks around the store near the stuff in the middle of the store she will give you options so that you can make designs and you can design your path that way if you want.

I love our Wii speak but I feel sorry for anybody that wifi's with our house hold because it is always a mad house here.
