Woot!!! Better yet, it's almost summer vacation here. School ends on May 22nd and then it's allllllllll weekend for me until the 2nd week of August.

My mom will be visiting from Friday the 22nd through the following weekend so I won't be on much that week but after that I'll be able to play during the day as well. After sleeping in of course.....

That is nice and early. My kids get out June 1 due to snow days. I am trying to get myself in the mood to play again. Susan is a doll and sent me a hybrid That really did cheer me up. Thanks Susan!!!!!!

So, just so people don't think I'm hijacking the Disney boards and have no interest in Disney -- I'm always slightly shocked when our TV is set to a station other than the Disney Channel, I've been to Disney World several times over my lifetime and to Disneyland once, and I probably shouldn't confess here that I talked my teenage daughter OUT of going to Disney when we were in Paris staying with friends last summer....

Just wanted to let you know our turnip prices are at 177. We will be heading out around 11am (EST) but can leave our gate open if anyone needs to sell. I am not sure who we have given our info to on this thread, so just send a PM if you are interested and I can add you before we leave!! We should be home after 4 and hopefully they are still up there!!!

Wasn't on much last night because of big boomers. Power flickered several times and I didn't want to mess up the game so we shut it down along with the computer.

Do all you turnipers know that there are 2 turnip prices per day? One in the morning and one in the afternoon/evening. Sometimes it is a drastic difference depending on your price pattern for the week. You may all know that already but thought I'd throw it out there!

If you come visiting Seattle today, Nooks may be closed. I decided I'd prefer the better hours for night time bugging and fishing since we have bought most of the stuff that Nooks has to offer anyway so had it set back to "balance". I may get on and water all my flowers and move it to tomorrow after an hour or so.

Also I have set up an extra house for some of my sets (Thanks for the idea Susan!!) and am looking for Cabin stuff. I have wall and floor, both tables, couch, armchair, bookshelf, dresser and clock. Is there a special lamp or chairs to go with the table? If so, let me know if you have them and I'll buy then or swap them.

I may not get on much today because we have some major cleaning to do this weekend and our basement flooded a bit last night so we have some work to do down there but I will have my gates open and check in sporadically. Feel free to pick as much fruit as you want, fish, bug and dig! Watch the running tho because I have several new patched of hybrids that I am babying.

Thanks for the info we will add it now. I see that on this thread people have wrote about having problems visiting other towns...getting an error message saying that the person they are trying to visit has disconnected or removed from friend list. We just had this happen this morning as someone from the other AC thread was trying to visit us.

Also, do you have a limit on the amount of people you can send mail to? I have 5 people on my list (10 on my friend code list) and the person that I added this morning when he could not come visit to get fruit, I was going to mail it but he did not show up on my list. Am I missing anything??

I went through that a while ago.

Take a look at that person's name in your friend list. The heart next to the name is an outline, not filled in, and you can't send mail to each other.

Once one of you visits the other's town, the heart next to that person in your friend list goes solid, filled in, which means you've confirmed each other as friends or something. Then you'll be able to mail each other things.

Hope that makes sense - or at least my explanation makes sense, I don't know if I can make sense of WHY this is the way it is.

I bought 500, 000 worth of turnips today so please, please, please let me know if you have good turnip prices in your toen today or next week.

I went through that a while ago.

Take a look at that person's name in your friend list. The heart next to the name is an outline, not filled in, and you can't send mail to each other.

Once one of you visits the other's town, the heart next to that person in your friend list goes solid, filled in, which means you've confirmed each other as friends or something. Then you'll be able to mail each other things.

Guilty as charged. The only trouble I've had with mailing things is sometimes seeing an amazingly long delay in things getting delivered (right, Normie??). I don't know how the real de-friending works, like whether you would not see that person in your list of people you could send mail to. Hmmm. Don't think I want to experiment with de-friending friends or having them de-friend me to find out, even though now I'm awfully curious.

After seeing that message about someone maybe having de-friended me, I was able later to get through her gate, so I'm assuming sometimes we just have to try again.

I was just on a little bit ago hoping to find an open gate, but no luck, then the game crashed on me with my gate open. *sigh* Maybe it's time for a nap....

Thanks for cabin stuff offer - I think I just need the chairs that go with the table (Susan is also checking her catalog) and any little "extras" like a lamp, etc. I have the clock and all of the main furniture. I put the room together last night and it really is cute. I added the pot belly stove and some totem poles in there too.

I could spare a few hybrids to help you get reestablished. I hardly have any blues or purples but a fair number of orange pansies and cosmos and enough pink tulips, cosmos and roses that I could send you 1-2 each to help reseed your beds. Let me know.

Tink - I enjoyed meeting you and your mom last night. Didn't see much of your sister. Was she hiding or something?? Your town is beautiful and it is so lush and green. I REALLY want to regrow my grass for a whole year to recapture that look but should probably wait until the end of summer since we (I) will be playing a lot.
