AHHH I am so excited, I just finished playing AC and found that I had grown my first 2 hybrid plants!!! I got an orange pansy and black roses. Now I have a question: what do I do with them?! Should I sell them? Or do I keep them planted and try to get more? Do they attract other insects if I keep them planted? Right now I put them in my house because I didn't want them to die, haha. Thanks!

Well done! I found that once I got one hybrid, then more started popping up all over.

Peacock butterflies will only appear around black, purple or blue flowers, so you'll need the black rose to attract it. I don't think the orange pansy does anything other than look really cool.

We just put a big bunch together and made sure the correct colors were next to each other. We used the wiki to help us.

Here's our blue pansy!

I picked it up to see what color it was so it didn't grow there, but it did grow two spaces over. Basically, it was diagonal from the white flower on the right.

Your blue pansy is beautiful!!

I got it TY I need the right wing then the only other 2 I need are pachy skull and plesio skull.




I have been soooooooooooo busy lately.... I am managing my little one's hockey team. We are getting ready to start the spring season. The paperwork is beyond killing me. I have been up till 2am the past 2 nights working on this stuff.. On top of that since my dh is laid off right now he is coaching my little one's t-ball team. anotherwards...... he hands all the paperwork to me and tells me to call ALL these people. Um ok I have nothing else to do. Plus I had to go to a meeting then recall all these parents to tell them about background checks. Now tomorrow I have to try and collect all these background checks. Plus I was lucky enough to get to schedule practices as well... My dh is so good to me We have hockey practice tonight at 5 and I should be home after that and hopefully on AC. If I actually do get some time to myself I will open my gates for sure..

I have a question.........why is it that the day after I get a fountain that many of my trees are brown and (of course) there are no additional axes to buy at Nookington's? Is this normal? Shall I cut down all the brown trees? Many of them were my exotic fruit trees. HELP!!!! What *should* I be doing??? By the way, I have not time traveled. Are these the cherry blossoms? If so, they don't look much like cherry blossoms!

I have a lot of brown trees today also. I am wondering if it is some kind of April fools joke? Also today for the first time, I have fish in my ponds. Caught a crawfish. The other thing...I think the flying saucer guy just flew over...it was too fast for me to get to tell. I saw the shadow fly over once, but it didn't come back.

Silly question, but are you sure they are brown? Several of mine are pink today, and there was a notice on our board a few days ago that 70% of our trees would be in bloom by April 1.

That's what I thought too. Mine look more pink than brown. But it isn't my cherry trees that are pink, I think it is my normal, non fruit bearing trees..? I think they are pretty though!

I think those are the trees blossoming. In a couple of weeks, you'll see stuff (the blossoms) blowing all over the place and then your trees will be green again.

Don't feel so bad...that is what I did during festival. I bought all the Princess set at Gracie Grace and paid of 2 room expansions (I just need to pay off my basement). DD said she was tired of playing hte same day so we started going forward again, I just played March 1 yesterday. I've actually considered going back to play Feb23, to earn some bells, but I'm afraid of what will happen to the town and DD and DS's characters! (we need a gamer smilie)

I went back to play Feb. 23 and then came back today's date. I had roaches in my house and some of my characters had left. Not to mention most of my plants died and I had tons of weeds. I'm not going backwards again!

Yay!! I have moved my hybrids by my house too for the same reason...LOL! I haven't had the best of luck with them but I finally have a few...2 orange pansies, 2 orange cosmos and one pink cosmos.

BTW, I don't think we have exchanged info, let me know if you want to.
