Anima Kingdom Lodge, kiddie pool?????

Hi, we've been to Disney a few times & have stayed only at Pop Century & All stars Movies.. We have booked our stay this yr at Animal Kingdom lodge. I know there is a small wading pool by Uzima pool. But, noticed that the kiddie splash area is located in the Kidani Villages, is that a hike from the Lodge itself?

It's a 10 minute walk or a short shuttle ride
