Anguilla on our own

We would like to ferry over to Anguilla on the St Marteen stop. I know it is an easy ferry ride from Marigot over to Anguilla. Is there a resort on Anguilla that would let our family of four use their facilities (chairs, umbrella, beach shower) for the day? In particular, does Cap Jaluca allow this?

I'm not sure if Julca is a public beach. Check out Sandy Island if you get the chance to goto Anguilla. Search on google for some pictures. We charted a boat with www.offshoresunsations.com and spent the day over there. It was wonderful. If you goto their site and click on testimonials, we're the family from Des Moines.
