So angry at Disneystore.com. I ordered a club penguin igloo play set. They sent me a cars sippy cup. I need it by March 5 for my daughter's birthday party. It was going to be set up by the cake.

Was told I needed to mail back the cup (I have to pay the shipping) and wait 2 weeks for processing before they mail the igloo to me. So angry.

Why would you need to pay to send it back when it was their mistake? I would email them back and tell them that.

I assume you typed the date you need it by wrong, but if yo uhave time to have it reshiped, I would call, speak to a supervisor and explain the situation. One year I got my girls HSM coats and they were lost in shipping (never did turn up.) They reshipped them overnight because I wanted them for HSM on Ice. Call, nicely demand they made a mistake and need to fix it, I am sure they will.

OH, and since it was their mistake, tell them you want a postage pre-paid sticker to send it back. At Christmas I got a damaged item and they sent UPS to come get the damaged one (they also sent a replacement out the same day.)

Do you mean you need it by March 5th...
I would call back and talk to someone else.
If they sent you the wrong order, you can make them do better than that!
If they want there wrong order back...they need to pay the shipping not you!

My dh called disneystore.com after he got home. He got them to agree to ship the proper item out right away.
