Merry, that sounds like a nice thing to happen, the reconnecting with family that is. Sad though that the girls did what they did.

Well, spaghetti looks okay. I decided to just put it all together last night and fridge it... I was afraid that the sauce would reduce too much so I am now reheating it. I have some more tomato paste if I need it, but I also sprayed the top part with olive oil just to make sure none of it dried out. Hopefully it will taste good too

Well I had better catch up on a few other places and then get some work done. have a great day all!

well, shall i begin with mad bitting pengiuns (my dad telling me not to prod them cause they will bite just sounded like a challenge!!)

last time i was at seaworld i also discovered dolphins can also bite.......especially if your hubbie gives you a fright while your hands in their mouth


and i think it's too ealry in the morning for you (and too near lunchtime for me) to tell you about the Pygmy Hippo (enough to say, that for our first anniversary my hubbie adopted one from the zoo for me, to give me nice thoughts about one).......this story was also told by my dad during his wedding speech!!!


p.s. Lou.... it's the north of Scotland that have a liking for sheep

DS has a 2 hr delay which would normally give me more DIS time, but both kids are awake. I guess I better get moving and get them some breakfast.

My kids have early dismissal today. It is the last day of the semester and basically a make up day for exams. Many kids who are finished exams don't even go to school. My 2 both have some all year classes so they really had to go to school but didn't want to. So, I bribed them. (Parents, remember when you said you would never bribe your kids?) I told them if the would go to school I would give them money to go out to lunch at 1 when they were dismissed. It worked.

Plans for the weekend are all up in the air but I do know I am going to Baltimore tomorrow to help my mom.

I nominate Camilla to be Miss D Prince. Even tho I am sure her hubby qualifies as one. Camilla, you need to read back about 10 pages for the sheep references. Lou is being a naughty boy.

Very cold here again, and supposed to be going to be colder tomorrow. Winter in New Hampshire, I will enjoy the spring. ANd the fact that I am going to move in June, not December, 6 month leases have their benefits.

Sandi, don't forget the pictures. And send an email to Before and After at HGTV, maybe they will feature you on a show, filming while it happens!

Gail is a lucky duck going to a corporate meeting at a casino. We went to one once, had to call it Diversity Awareness, (Indian Casino) but we still had to pay for our own lunch and everything.

Woo Hoo! I have to have 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years to renew my PT License. I needed 2 more hours by the end of March. I found an online course but had never done that before. I just finished and took the teat. Got 100% so I can now renew my license and be gainfully employed for another 2 years. Isn't the internet a wonderful thing.
