Steph, I remember that picture from when you took it. It is great. So nice that it won you some recognition. Did you get anything for it?

Good luck to all the kids going back to school. (Mine is still trying to get homework done.) And as far as "back to school" pictures. I always take one each year. Last year it was Andrew and Sarah getting in the car for Sarah to drive them to school - a first. This year I took a picture of Sarah in front of her computer in her dorm room.

Off to look for the riddle and head to work.

Then Kevin got on the bus for first grade after giving me a very big hug...........I kept it together till he got on the bus and waved at me from the window!.............then I lost it!

Dont tell me that...I am already getting teary and there is still another 30 minutes before we go to the bus. I am helping at school this morning, so at least I will know he gets off the bus ok.
Kindergarten didnt bother me in the least, but this just seems so grown up and real. Im having a hard time believing he is even old enough for 'real' school.
Now I need to go take his 1st day pictures. back after my volunteer time is over.

Ok, I guess one thing about homeschooling is there is never a first day of school for us since school never really stops!!
For all the first day of school kids and parents!! My neighbor is looking forward to the first day of school for her DD this year. She will be in K and her mom is looking forward to spending peaceful days with DS age 3. (Her DD is VERY hyper and LOUD!!)
E - I'll PM you. I'd love to read the chat We went to see Mike Warnke last night and didn't get home until about 10.

I just read about 5 pages so I am trying to remember what all I wanted to say. I loved all the pictures of Brian!!
Stephanie - Your DD is really cute in that picture. I didn't realize that was you when I saw it!

I am off to the bank to try to aviod bouncing a check since DH took money out last night. He thinks just because there is money available on the screen he can use it. He forgets about the online bills I pay!!
