I was just caller 19 on a local radio station when they were looking for caller 20. It was for 2 airline tkts to anywhere in the U.S.

Well guess who called from the airport? That is right.....

I think she called to say there were 3 or 4 inches of water in the terminal from all of the damage. The reason I say think is because there was this deafening alarm going off in the background (I mean a LOUD whooping sound). Actually, it was so loud that the only reason I knew it was her is because she is the only person I know in the US who is at an airport at this very moment. That and the fact that she mentioned she just hung up with Lars. For all I know I could have gotten a wrong number from Sweden! In the middle of this mayhem (which she felt compelled to share) she got a call from Sue telling her she should have gone with them to the beach and spent an extra day.

When she finally goes postal it is going to be real ugly........

pity you picked today for that... wasn't the best day for me... I am now outside enjoying the sunshine and will remain here until Luis comes home. I have some stuff around the house I want to take care of this week.

If we want to do bets though, I have a 50/50 shot of getting to my 5 year anniversary with my job and a 10% chance of making it much beyond 1st quarter next year. For the rare who might know where I work... hush, you didn't hear anything from me. The company may survive but I doubt my portion will. I remain hopeful that I will get at least two more major vacations out of their paychecks to me

Yes I did have a conversation with Miss Kitty while she was at the airport...........apparantly the airport sustained some damage during the hurricane that is causing some flood/mold problems.......I told her that the Dis was down for quite a while today......my personal theory is that it was just storing up enough strength to handle her return ~She said that "It better be up when I get home!!"


My DS Dylan is sleeping over at my parents house tonight so that I can work registration at the high school tomorrow from 8-12 without ahving to worry about him being bored to death while I'm fitting the sophomores for their band uniforms....

3. Post on the Angel thread that I need help with a traceroute since my ISP seems to be dropping packets ~ 4 posts (2 just to get her to stop laughing and another 2 just to calm her down )
4. Post a Welcome Home Donna Thread ~ 0 posts
5. Go back and forth a few times with Hush and You're Silly ~ 2 posts
6. Post a thread about Kama needing to clean out her PM box and blame it on E! ~ 6 posts
