I have a lot of Animal Kingdom ideas, apparently this is where we have gotten the most from our trips and I didn't realize i until making this reply. Wilderness Explorers at Animal Kingdom? They get a booklet and stickers and activities at each station. My 11 yr old is a little immature so I may not be on target for your 10 yr old. My son got a custom wood carved animal from a vendor in the park. Also at Animal Kingdom Lodge last time we were there they had a daily activity, like trivia, you could do with a cast member and your prize was an African bead. After a few days she had a little beaded bracelet. They had great artists taking orders in the gift shop for custom sketches. We got my daughter in law a beautiful drawing of her name and each letter was a different African bird. So colorful and great keepsake. And it's not a souvenir, but at Sephora in the Springs you can book a makeup appointment for $30-50 and they will have face sparkles. It's a more tween geared experience than BBB. I plan to take my daughter and then let her pick out a few items to purchase (lip gloss etc). At Magic Kingdom there is a Pirate scavenger hunt and your get a signed card from Jack Sparrow at the end. (no guarantee of meeting him, but you may)
