DH and I are deciding where we want to go eat and have a peaceful breakfast before the kiddies get home. His cousins son is having a graduation party this afternoon. I'd rather stay home and get things done around here. Also, it's supposed to have scattered storms today.

Carol, I know exactly what you mean!!! I swear the dog chew toys hurt me more than any cat toy I have. These don't hurt, but are a bit slippery when you step on them And fortunately it was the 2nd to last step so I didn't have far to fall

Lorraine, I am a night owl and really don't usually go to bed until 1 am or so on a weekend. Last night was odd because I went to sleep a bit earlier than usual. I just always have 2 schedules during the week (work nights and no work). So I'm always found up that late on a weekend

Oh the camera I got is a Canon 10D. It's the "middle of the road" digital SLR that Canon offers

I do hope you enjoy your breakfast (wherever you may go) and the quiet before the kids come home.

Not sure what I am up to today. Luis said he was going to fix someone's computer so I may just enjoy the deck later on

Went to lunch with some friends from chuch to Mc'Ds. Food was, well, McD's but the rest was great. Came home and went to pick up a couple shirts on sale before I headed to the river to take some pictures. I needed to try something after yesterday so in a few I will look at them to see how they turned out. Fortunately it didn't star pouring until just now.

Lorraine, I wish you had been around when I changed to go shopping today. (HUSH IT MEN!) I put on some darker blue jeans and a black shirt. I needed someone like you to tell me that 95 degrees with high humidity is just too plain hot for that kind of an outfit

There has been talk lately on the Canadian board that Air Canada is changed the meal service from complementary to on board purchase. Checked last week and it was on board purchase on the way down and complementary on the way down. Now it was changed to on board purchase both ways
On a good note that have my seat assignments on the reservation. It looks like I got assigned a seat in the executive class on my return trip (row 03)

Just back from work....again they didnt need me 12 hours today! Sue got sent home too at 3.
It was a very easy day today, so it makes up for yesterday!

Sandy~ I am sooo sorry about Rockport......my cell wouldn't work there so I ended up just cutting it off.....there was enver a message at the room either I didnt' know your last name so I couldn't ask at the desk about you either (I am so sorry we missed each other.

Steph~Don't even try to blame that whole 'fish bowl' incident on me!!!



I missed all of you guys!!!!

Rockport was GORGEOUS!!! NH was GORGEOUS!!!

Thanks to our own personal tour guides (Steph & Neil) we saw things we woulnd't have known to see in NH~thanks again guys!!!!

Welcome back Lars!!! We sure missed you!!! But you know, we are still curious about this fishbowl incident!! Glad you had a great time though!

Mike, Delta seems to be doing that too with their food. I am flying non-stop from Cincinatti to Los Angeles and they only will have food to buy. Now as someone who once got sick off of airplane food, tell me why on earth I would *dream* of buying it?

Donna, glad that you were able to get off work early. Also that you had a better day today than yesterday Hope you can relax tonight

Now I never said the fish bowl incident was your fault Lars...I was merely wondering if I needed to stick around and bail you out....

I take credit for trying to steal the fish bowl.....however, I have learned two things....


1. Don't drink all the margaritas in 1 1/2 fishbowls before thinking that NOBODY is going to notice you with the fishbowl

2. Bring a jacket!

We had such a great time on the trip!!

Rockport is BEAUTIFUL......I fell in love with the town!
We spent a day in Boston & I loved it too!! Can't wait to go back there!
NH was absolutley gorgeous........the mountains are breathtaking!

and then yesterday.................on the way home......we toured
Ben & Jerry's


none of the inlaws annoyed me too much & all in all it was a beautiful trip!!!!
