I always wanted to see the Great Barrier Reef.

It is hard to keep up with all the newbies.

OH, Sarah just got home. Have to go hear about her week at camp.

Sorry to be gone all day but had some important things to do. Power catnapping in the morning. I was supposed to have lunch with the twerp but got stuck in a traffic jam on the Garden State so instead I dropped the kids off with the good twin (the evil one scares me ) and went to pay homage to the green monster. Picked up a bag of roasted buckeyes along the way for snacks.

Time to go scratch some furniture, spit up a hairball or two and sharpen my sword

Well I just returned from seeing some beautiful cats. There were Lions, Tigers (white), (yes, bears too but we're talking about cats here) Jaguars, and Ocelots.

We have a family membership to the zoo which includes the train rides and it's great for when you just want to make a quick trip. When you pay an annual admission you don't feel like you have to see everything each time.

However, since it was overcast and late in the afternoon, there were few people there and the animals were more active. Abigail and I had a great time.

I did get IM set up so if anyone wants to add me to their Buddy list feel free. (Anyone else hear crickets chirping in the silence?)

Oh did I mention that my friend is getting a new roof because he wants to sell his house? A crack house on one side and a vacant house on the other (where people make arrangements for payment of crack) have made it a less than desireable spot for he and his wife to continue living there.

Alan, I added you to my buddy list. Sounds like a fun day at the zoo. Too bad about your friends' house situation.

I think Sarah is an adult, not a kid anymore. She came home excited about her first pay check. And somehow she looked different. A week being a counselor to special needs adults will do that. She was glad not to have to cut up anyone's food at dinner. She is now spending a loooong time in the shower.

MP I will admit back in the day I was darn good but these days I pretty much suck. I don't play that much and when I do it's not for very long. That is one of the true luxuries of living on a course I can jump on play two or three holes and go home. lol
