Allright, who sent the sickie bug to my house? Logan was fine yesterday until it was time for dinner. He kept saying he just wasn't hungry plus he was tired. Very unusual for him. He was able to lay down for a little while, but has been constantly sick since about 7 pm and all through the night. No school for him today.

Donna - great pictures! I promise I will join you next year....but only if it is warmer.

Just saw that we are supposed to get a big snowstorm tonight into tomorrow. Up to 6 inches of snow north and east of Pittsburgh! YUKKKKKKKKK!

Thanks for the link to the pool. Last year I made picks based on who I had heard of and where my friends went to school. It made it more fun to have an interest in the games.

Most weather predictors here are saying a rain/snow mix but one guy went out on a limb and said 3 - 6 inches of snow. I sure hope he is wrong. Tomorrow is supposed to be the first tennis match.

Good morning all... didn't sleep well at all last night so I decided to take the day off so I could actually function today.

Sandi, I am so sorry about your hand!!! I hope that it starts feeling better soon!!!

Donna, sometimes I pick a team based on which I happen to like the sound of better. That's how Gonzaga went as far as tehy did in my bracket years ago when no one thought they'd go so far. drove my husband nuts!

I have good news and bad news y'all... good news is that my sweetie got us tickets to the symphony to see The Lord of the Rings music with Howard Shore. The bad news is that it is this Saturday. So I won't be able to make a trip up to MI I could I guess, but since we have to be there at 8, I'd have to leave by 3 to make sure I'd be back in time... and everyone seems to be going too I'll have to call you guys while you are there though

Sad, sad day here for me. I didn't win the Disney trip, so I'm sorry to report I won't be able to take some Angels. I was holding my shamrock that my DS gave me for some luck. The lady that won wasn't even home!! Nice weather today, and I hope the snow misses us tomorrow or else my FIL probably won't come over to watch DD.

Hello ladies and gents. Today I went to the sales office at my new house. I got the good news and the bad news. The good news was: I found out the appliance provider (Kenmore), I found out they will be getting different Laminate counter tops samples (I am not in love with the one we picked), I found out that they changed the floor plan in the master bed room and added 81 additional s/f to it, by eliminating the 3 season porch. This also allows for a larger master bath, and an additional closet, which will be in the bathroom. And it makes the stairway landing larger and offsets the washer/dryer closet, so it isn't what you walk into as soon as you get to the second floor. And they raised the prices 5K today (not mine). So that is the good news, the bad news is now that they have started building, they have the construction schedule firm, and my date is now 6 week later than anticipated. I tiold the sales guy to call my realtor, she will need to see if our landlord will let us stay 6 more weeks, if not, we will have to put all our stuff in storage and find somewhere else to stay. I am really not happy about it, but there isn't anything I can do. I did meet one of my new neighbors. He is the ceramic and wood floor installer for the project. He and Pete will get along really well. Now I need to run to the post office and mail a bill for Pete, who is in Dallas. Isn't there someone on this tread who always wants a Dallas meet? I can't remember............

Finally got in to the boards, and I had to take a long way around to get here.

Good part of no DISing for a day....clean kitchen, more packing done, and even washed some clothes.

Too bad I cant take a shower since the drain is backed up and the tub is filled with some sort of gunk that I cant explain
Lou should be home soon to go to Home Depot for a snake or whatever he needs to clean out the drain.

OK, back to my housework.

2 1/2 DAYS until I get out of this cold and to the Florida sunshine.

Looks like a lot of us are in for more snow. I heard on the radiop that we will get several inches. I hope it melts off quick. I don't really want to shovel any part of the driveway or sidewalk. Maybe that's why Pete left for a few days? He doesn't like to shovel, either.

I wonder what I should have for dinner. I would love some coconut shrimp. Too bad no one delivers that.

The boards were so slow this afternoon that I just gave up.

And what is this Debbie in Dallas that LK keeps mentioning??

Sarah got accepted at University of Delaware today. That makes 4 for 4. She is still going to Maryland even though UD offered her $2000 per year to go there. I was amazed that they offered anything. In state is still less. OK, done bragging now.

Think I'll go check out the Big Dance pool.
