Good morning all... decided to just go to sleep early last night since I was so cranky. Still have some cleaning to do today but most of it is in the kitchen and I'll do that after they deliver the range.
Marsha, actually I didn't *need* to get new appliances, but the ones I had were lacking in features that I consider "necessary" Like I had no timer or window on my range. The dishwasher just didn't clean very well though, so that is why that one was replaced. That and I hated the bisque color... the over the range microwave will be next

We went out to dinner too last night. It was nice with friends.
Seeing as DD will be going to University of Maryland and DH graduated from North Carolina State, we have already had 2 rivalry basketball games this past week or so. I may start watching basketball if I have a team to watch. They are both ACC.
Off to church.

We ended up seeing Miracle last night..........it was GREAT! Then we went out to dinner......nice relaxing evening with DH
I'm not sure he even cares what he eats...I don't think he can even taste it as fast he shovels it in
come to think of it he may not even chew...just swallows it whole

I could have told you that if I'd known you needed that info.......My DS14 eats nonstop

At the Home Show yesterday I saw several things I'd love to do to improve our humble abode. We figured about $10,000 will do it and since this family is a non-profit organization, all donations are greatfully accepted!!!!!

Sandy - that is why i hate going to nightclubs anymore - too crowded and not my type of people. Congrats to the Huskies, I wasn't feeling too well last night so I went to bed early and missed the ending - thought for sure Pitt would hold on to the lead.

My DS is sick and is not eating well now either. He doesn't eat a whole lot anyway, so now it's only a few bites of things. Pretty boring day, will watch the Penguins/Flyers game at 3.

Maryland won the ACC. Now on to the Big Dance.
Interesting morning at church. Sarah and I went and she was singing in choir. She came to me before they processed in and said she had a headache and didn't feel well. Still wanted to sing though. Right before the sermon, I saw her slip out the back door of the choir pews. I went and met her in the fellowship hall. She complained of sinus pain. I fixed her some hot tea and offered to take her home but she wanted to sing the anthem. So we sat there and talked until the sermon was over then we both snuck back it. She sang, the service finished and we went home. What a great way to miss the sermon. (Neither of us like the pastor.) BTW, she is feeling much better now.
She is at a three choir practice now. Just three of us for dinner.

Carol, surprisingly they do deliver on sundays... they actually couldn't deliver on Sat so they did it the next day otherwise I'd have been able to have both on the same day!

Well we did get the range and what a pitty, it has a chip in it. Being me, I don't care abou the chip but I won't say a word about it since they said they'd credit me $80 and send me the touchup paint in the mail! So I got a $470 range for $320

Carol - I was thrilled when Maryland beat Duke!!!! The 2 times I got to go to the NCAA tourney my Rhody Rams were beaten by Duke so I don't have a very warm spot in my heart for them.
Looking forward to tournament selections in about an hour.
