Have to go back to the vets to pick Tia up, he's doing an EKG.
He can't figure out why her lungs are filled with fluid. The antibiotic didn't help and either did the lasiks.

Gaspode, that sounds like an interesting exchange!! My mom used to collect salt and pepper shakers. Some were really unique!

I just heard fromt he bridesmaids that BB's Wedding Shower is March 27th! I can't believe how fast time is going!!

Ranatra - My Mum collects them too (hence my inspiration for a 'different' kind of exchange )

She has... Mickey and Minnie, Two dalmations, a snowman (his hat being salt and his head being pepper), Thing 1 & Thing 2 (my fav!), and some father christmas boots that I bought her this year... she may have a coupla others I don't remember!

I only have one novelty set, my Mum bought me it from New York. It is a Noah's ark, the top half is one and the bottom is the other. I just keep it on my windowsill as it looks so nice

Nice day here, I got to have a nap, I get to watch the travel channel, and I get to do nothing! Well, I usually do nothing, so that isn't new.

SB, the Texas Road House here doesn't do the nuts, the one in AZ did. Longhorn used to do it, too. But they got sued, someone slid on a nut that was on the floor.

No shopping for me today. Tomorrow I have to go out and get dog food, I told Pete we were running low, but he insisted we had enough to get through the week. Then he fed them tonight before he left, so I get to drive the big van. We looked at refrigerators yesterday, I really want a fridge on top, but they are way pricy and have zip for freezer space. I think we will go with a big side by side, again. I have to go up to the model and measure the opening, I don't want to get one that won't fit.

MP, I love socks that are holiday related. Especially Valentimes. MIL sent me a purse with cupid Mickey on it, I used if for a month! Time to swithc, I think.

LK, what a story. DH lost his trunks in the neighbors hot tub once, it was funny to see them float to the surface, and funnier to see his face!

FM - I always put the Valentine's for the following year on the top shelf of their closet, I haven't forgotten yet. The Texas Roadhouse is in Washington County, so it would be a little drive for you.

Sandi - hope the doggie is better. never been to one of those parties yet.

Marsha - can't your dogs eat people food till DH gets back?

Gaspode - don't know if I would ever get to where you live, but thanks for the invite. my DH wants to visit Ireland someday though.

I think we might need a new motor in our washing machine. Since Friday the 13th, everything is breaking down. Pretty soon I will be too. Calgon, take me away.......................

I like the new warmer home.

Steph your guy really cleaned up this weekend. I was at the race where his Dad died. I was happy to see him win. Of course my boy came in eighth not too shabby. And the president was there.

LK very funny story. I have a funny story from a speed slide but I could never post it.

I've never been to a Stampin' Up party, but I hear they are fun. I'll be thinking of Tia. Hope the vet can give you some answers.

Who else is imagining all sorts of stories due to Sue's cliffhanger? I'm dying to know what she can't tell us.

We throw nuts on the floor at our Texas Roadhouse. In fact, there is a steakhouse in Norman that you throw nuts, too. Makes sense that it would be dangerous. The "grace" family should take note of this tidbit of information. After all, we can fall for no reason at all.

And losing trunks in a hot tub? Another thing I must warn my fellows about. Exactly how did that happen? Fascinating subjects tonight.

The cheap airfair and Gaspode's "show you around" offer has me wanting to go to Europe. Unfortunately, with the cruise and Allen's upcoming job loss I guess that's not in the plans.

We are supposed to go to the OU vs. OSU game tonight. It's a huge rivalry and I'm scared we might lose. We aren't playing very well. It's BAD when we lose to OSU. Both sets of fans take it pretty seriously. I may not get to go if Amy doesn't get her room cleaned up. It's a mess and I told her I'd have Allen sell our tickets if she didn't get it done.

If we go, I'll have to tape My . . . fiance and Joe Hawaii. So don't spoil it for me by giving it away before I can watch.

Gotta clean up the kitchen. We had pot pies tonight. "Easy" was the plan of the evening. I'll check in later.

HAven't caught up on anything yet. I guess I have about 4 pages to read. I've been trying to price out our trip and decide if I'm booking room only and buying tickets seperately or doing a package. We are also going to Universal and I've had to rethink which way we are doing this. My brain is fried!! My sinus infection apparently likes me too much to go away. Either that or I have a migraine coming on.

E- didn't catch what was going on but I'm glad your day got better.

ok I'll try to catch up sometime. Maybe in the morning if I have time. I have to take my friend to the hospital for MORE tests at noon. We all know it is her gallbladder but the dr. is convinced YET!!
