Girl you're awesome! All I can say is

Thank you! BTW - totally off topic but, I gather from your username that you are a big Beatles fan, like me :-)

Did you happen to hear the remastered albums? Brian managed to get the ONE copy received at our local Barnes and Noble. I haven't heard them yet, but Brian says it's like hearing the Beatles for the first time again. We're going to my brother's house tomorrow night to play Rock Band Beatles Edition on the big screen :woohoo:

Yep, HUGE Beatles fan. I haven't heard the remastered albums yet but they're certainly on my Christmas list (along with the Beatles Rock Band...oh and a gaming system to play it on :rotfl: )

The invites are adorable Andreah! the ToT ones are sooo cute! And the bridal brunch ones are so dainty and feminine looking! Lovely!

The E pics are AMAZING!! Misty did a wonderful job!

You can make a living off of making Disney invites! They are amazing. Everything you do looks so professional.

Your hair and make up looked awesome after Patricia. And Misty did a great job with your portraits! Totally jealous. I wish I could spend a day just following Misty around and learning from her.

So glad to hear Brian's doing well!

Today I sent out more email newsletters using Mail Chimp. Several of messages were to follow up with people who will be attending group dining events. We created one email message for each of the group dining events and sent them only the the people who had signed up for that event. That way people are only receiving information that pertains to them.

Group Dinner at 'Ohana

Welcome Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern

Pre-Wedding Dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse

Farewell Brunch at Chef Mickey's

The last message that we send out today was to people that have NOT provided us with their travel information - most likely because they haven't booked yet. It was a reminder that the Free Dining promotion and room-only discounts for December will only be available for a little while longer.

So I just have to tell how much in awe of you I am. You seem to have everything down to a science and I admire you for it! I hope that once I get things rolling in my planning that I can be as organized as you. I checked out your website (hope you don't mind) and it is amazing. You are definitely very talented. I also loved your newsletter. You gave me so many ideas and reminded me of so many things that I need to make sure I include when I make my site. You have no idea how big of a help you have been! Just wanted to say thanks! and Good luck with the rest of the planning. I can't wait to read more!

I have just a few quick minutes before I run off to work, but wanted to pop in and say a great big THANK YOU to all of your kind words! You guys are just too sweet!

The big project for this week was the guest book that I wanted to get back in time for my bridal shower in October. I ordered it on Blurb.com yesterday and it should arrive on September 25th. I have to split this into two posts since there are a lot of photos. I hope you enjoy!!!

Okay, so HOW long have I been promising to post photos of my eBay wedding dress?!?

Today I had my first dress fitting at an alterations shop in town, Alterations by Loann. It's the same shop I use for my regular clothes. I called yesterday and found out they do bridal gowns, so I dropped in today for a fitting. Here are a few photos of how it looks . . . [WARNING: The bride you're about to see is wearing no makeup. Viewer discretion is advised] :scared1:

So, not so bad for starters . . . but definitely room for improvement! It fits great from the waist down. But I have a really broad back and shoulders, so we're going to let it out just a little around the ribcage. We're going to take the shoulder straps up about an inch. For as broad as my back is, my shoulders are just short and stumpy! They're also taking off a bunch of the train as they hem to the correct length. Originally the train was HUGE and HEAVY! I've asked them to take off as much of it as they can while leaving the gathers intact. I've also asked them to make a wrap for me if there is enough silk left over after shortening the train. We're not sure yet if that will be do-able but I'm hoping! It would be really nice to have the material on my wrap to be an exact match with the dress. Without the wrap, the total cost of the alterations will be $376 (including tax). Not bad at all!

The next fitting will be October 3rd . . . can't wait to see of the dress after the ladies work their magic!!! :wizard:
