Jumped the gun yesterday, our flight was cancelled due to adverse weather, it was beautiful in our home town yesterday, awful fog in cardiff, found out later no flights had left since midday. Airport full of Welsh Rugby fans trying to get to Rome, some were sent to Bristol and Exeter, although the team apparently didn't take off after either. anyway spent the night at a Holiday Inn, courtesy of Flybe and should be flying at 8:45 this morning. Have to say Disney fabulous phoned the booking line, they contacted the Cheyenne to let them know and rearranged Liams LN meal to the latest time for us to eat there today. RStranports again absolutely superb, rearranged for today. Managed not to cry when the cancellation was announced, although Liam and I were close to it and the little boy and mum next to us were in tears. To cap it all my car wouldn't start this morning, but Holiday Inn were fab, let me leave the car there and got us a shuttle. Although it's disappointing I can't fault the service we've received from everyone. and it's looking promising for this morning.
Oh Jill - I would have cried, I know I would .
But yes, surely thats the last of the bad luck for your trip all over and done with now, and I really hope you have the trip of a lifetime from now on
