American was quite good at getting me back to DC from San Juan after that big snowstorm in January. and they put me in the exit row.

Just remember that if you go on a rant in public, somebody's probably going to film it and put it on the internet and it will end up in a British tabloid.



The kids were fine. It was the mother who fell apart. The older girl was trying to calm HER down. They were likely more upset because she was embarrassing them.

Hard to say how the children were feeling from a one minute video. My kids would have been suffering.
