Congrats!! Yes, I think the 180 day ADRs will come before! Good thinking... we might be in the window before we get our numbers too! I'm off to check the calendar.

I forgot about that fancy title (now officially changed, lol)! I am looking forward to SSR... nothing says awesome vacation than staggering from Disney Springs (nee Downtown) at 1 AM.

They failed to include in the contract the fact that this waiting is killer!

If your contract just went to ROFR, my general understanding is that you can expect the entire process to span anywhere between 60 and 90 days from start to finish. So definitely your ADR date would come first! Ours is just closing and we are at about 40 days from the contract going to Disney.

Go book a room only somewhere to allow yourself to make ADR's at 180 days... Cancel it once you can make your DVC reservation. (no jinx).

Would you get your 200.00 deposit back? I'm also in ROFR and have 2013 points use by May 31..so I would like to make dining now and then book my room with points. This may work..thank you

Check how late the room only can be cancelled for full refund. I think it is pretty deep... something like 5 days. But it has to be room only to get that. Any sort of package takes the cancellation deadline out to 45 days or so.
