Frankly, if it's a Pirates Month that is similar to past Pirate Months (meaning, mostly the same releases), then I'll not be terribly sad.

I need time to accumulate some credits again - I won't need to buy much if this month is similar to past Pirate Months.

What, why is a disney online game promoting another, I don't play PotCO but I don't think they are promoting VMK. I know they are both owned by disney, but VMK is it's own company so why is it trying to divert its audience to PotCO?

VMK is not a company, it is a Disney game that is a pure marketing tool. Disney is cross-promoting their own products, which is exactly why they are such a successful company. It's like going to Disneyland and seeing a new Disney DVD being sold in the Emporium.

Cross-marketing is one of the most powerful advertising tools companies have.

since I started vmk last summer, this will be my first time at getting some of the stuff I have been wanting. So, the re-release will be good for players like me. I will only be buying a couple of things. I wonder if pirate magic will be re-released?

Anyone have a clue of what the prize will be for the ride a thon this weekend?
