got the last of our $$ today and when I got home there was a big fat envelope with all our vouchers and documents

My question is where do we collect the Disney gift card that was part of the holiday package we bought or is the $300 loaded onto our KTTW card. BTW we booked via Virgin Holidays if that makes any difference.

We booked through Virgin for next year and we were told to collect our gift card at the Virgin desk in the airport on arrival at Orlando. It also says that if we don't then we forfeit the card! Prob best to check there just in case
