I booked the bounceback when we were there in Sept. with free dinning. It was going to be myself, husband, daughter, son-in-law and grandson. We booked CBR. Tonight I find out we are having grandchild number 4! Hope for a girl, I have 3 grandsons right now. Needless to say we can not put 6 people in a room at CBR. So does anyone have any good options for us. We paid 1313 with one day passes for this. I know we could do POP, but we really like the idea of the theming at CBR. More relaxing and and we want the hammocks and beaches. Also, when would I have to cancel, or change this reservation without any penelty? Travel dates are Sept 22-27,2008 We are very excited about the baby and don't mind bringing her to WDW, but do not want to add alot of money to do it.

There is no penalty to change your reservation or to cancel right now, there are penaties if you cancel closer to your travel dates, but I don't know when exactly, sorry.

I didn't realize you could put 5 in CBR, but you can at POR, plus the baby won't count so you'll be fine there and you'll still be in a moderate :) I wish there were more choices for larger families, we're a family of 5 (daugher in college has opted out of disney trips with the fam, lol). There is also the family suites at ASMu as an option.

Good luck!

We stayed at CR with 5 people and an infant (so, total of 6). It was me, dh, my oldest daughter and her baby, and my 2 youngest children. It was great having the monorail with the baby in the stroller. With the buses, you have to take the baby out of the stroller and fold it up. With the monorail, you leave baby in the stroller and just roll right into the monorail. Last September, we spent every morning at MK (and got there early for the EMH mornings, and the LOMH). We would have lunch around noon, and then leave the park to go back to the CR. It would get so hot by lunch time that we just couldn't stay there. We would head back to another park in the evening.

The CR also had hammocks on the beach. :)

I know you said you didn't want to add alot of money to your trip, but think how much easier it will be for your daughter with her newborn if you stayed at a monorail resort. If you're at MK or EPCOT, your daughter would be able to head back to the CR by herself with the baby. On a bus, one person couldn't deal with an infant, folding up a stroller, diaper bag, etc. Or, if your daughter wanted to sleep in late with the baby, the rest of you could head over to MK and your daughter and the baby could meet you there later. KWIM?

Congrats on the new grandbaby. I'll cross my fingers that the baby is a girl. :thumbsup2
