Hi Everyone,
I booked our stay for our October trip at the Anaheim Marriot Suites. Today I have been doing lots of research and I have seen either rave reviews or extremely bad reviews. My concern is how it is so extreme between those that like it and not! We prefer to be in the magic and stay in the parksm but now that we have a baby and our two older boys we really need a suite. We got an amazing rate for our stay, but now I am starting to wonder if the lower rate is bc it's so bad! Has anyone stayed their and what are your thoughts? I know we are not going to be in our rooms long at all. I am just concerned now if we made a mistake!

Thanks
Sharron

I have not stayed there myself, but did a lot of research and read reviews on Tripadvisor, etc. I, too, was a little unsure of it. If you want a suite, check out Homewood Suites Garden Grove. It is right next to the Marriott Suites, has it's own shuttle and bkfst is always included in the rate. Plus it is rated #1 for Garden Grove. That is, of course, if you can still cancel your reservation. Good luck! :goodvibes

My 12 and 8 y/o DDs and I will be there for one night this Sunday. I booked it for $59.00 with Priceline's name-your-own-price for the 1st night of our stay (the rest is at PPH).

I will let you know how it is. Are there any specific things you would like for me to look into while we're there?

The reviews say that it's dirty, the breakfast was bad, and the beds were uncomfortable. Unfortunately my husband just informed we prepaid to get the $89 per night rate. Which you can't beat for a family of 5! His feelings are we have stayed in a lot worse in Israel when we visit family and we can make do for 3 nights! I guess he is right! Yes please give me your thoughts!!! I hope you have a great time this weekend!

Thank you :)

I'll try and post pictures to this thread on Sunday. BTW, online reviews can be skewed...the people most likely to write a review are the disgruntled ones. People who have an uneventful stay are a lot less likely to take the time to write up any kind of review.

We arrived this evening and so far so good! Here are some quick photos as promised...
