We booked a room here, but now it looks like we'll need either a wheelchair or ECV. Do the elevators go to all the floors? If we didn't get an Accessible room, are we still ok?

Thanks in advance!

We had a room right next to the stairs so that's what we used daily. We did use the elevator to get the luggage to the room and we were on the 5th floor.

Call DI&S and have them note your NEEDS on the reservation.

The elevator does go to all floors but it is a long hotel. Meaning the elevator might be far from your room. I would call and make a request of either an accessible room, a first floor room or a room close to the elevators.

We had a room close to the stairs like Geemo (but on the second floor), and that is what we used except for when we had our luggage. We had a great location for the stairs and it would be ok for people who need the elevators. But there were some rooms further out that might be a bit of a hassle for someone with a wheelchair or ECV.

I cannot comment on the elevators, as we were on the 2nd floor and took the stairs, but the rooms themselves were pretty tight in my opinion, if that is a consideration for the ECV.

We are at the DI&S right now with an ECV. While you can take your ECV to your room most people just drop off their ECV in the lobby. They have a big spot in the lobby with a ton of outlets where you can park you ECV and charge it up.
