An update on my breast scare

For those that wanted to make sure that I updated about my breast scare that I had about a month ago - I just returned from seeing the surgeon - my doctor wanted me to see him to make sure he didn't see anything that she may have missed or make sure she didn't miss anything - and he said all is fine. The ultrasound was indeed clear and the lumps that I felt do not feel like anything to be concerned about. He did tell me keep an eye on them because they could be cysts. He asked if I had any pain and I have a small amount but my doctor told me to start taking Vitamin E and Evening Primrose and that should help with diminishing the pain and he said yes that was a good thing to take and to absolutely take them and adjust them up if I need to - I'm pretty much taking the minimum I can take.

So all is good for now which is definitely something I finally needed to hear. Now I have to get scheduled to see about the gene testing and I'll be all set. And thanks so much for your prayers and thoughts the past month - it's been a rough year.

Good news - I've heard great things about Evening Primrose. You have an excellent doctor to recommend it, lots of them shy away from herbal treatments.

I was very skeptical about trying something that I had no idea what it really was (the Primrose) but I do have to say, although I've still had a little bit of pain here and there, it has helped tremendously get rid of the pain I was having. And I mean I was having pain - sharp shooting pain from my breast bone to my nipple area. I was having a hard time sleeping on that side and when the cat would walk over me it hurt. I couldn't believe the pain I had. Now we'll see what it does in the next couple of weeks when PMS hits. It's suppose to help those symptoms too.

I'm so glad it wasnt anything bad Chris. I took Evening Primrose and E for a year or so and it really helped. We were not sure if I had a slight reaction to the primrose so he took me off it. Hope you find that it does the trick for you.
