An OKW Birthday

I'm sure this is floating around somewhere, but I have a couple questions.

Hubby and I are taking our nieces (10, 11) and they will be celebrating their birthdays while we are there. The 11 year old will have her birthday 3 days before we arrive and the 10 year old will have her birthday while we are at WDW.

My question is, can OKW arrange to have balloons, hats, etc., and birthday cake placed in our one bedroom while we are out? If they can, do they offer the yummy filled birthday cakes, and if so, what is the cost?

We are trying to make this a birthday that they will never forget, because this is their first vacation ever and first birthday at a fun place. (Our BIL always takes them hunting on their birthday, because it's what he likes).

Hi,

I just did this for my DH while there during his B-day on July the 10th. You order it at Olivias. But they charged me $45.00, but the cake was a Mickey (or you can choose Minnie) 4 hats, about 5 balloons, 4 noise makers & a card from the staff @ OKW.

The cake was delicious! and we only ate a little.

Very Chocolate!

Edited to add if you go to MK that day and stop at City Hall they will give them pins that say today is my b-day. Also a card signed from Mickey. Some of the CM's make a big deal out of the b-day thing.

We'll be there about the same time as you, and will also have a birthday among us. Something else that someone suggested to me was to be sure to pick up a birthday button at MK. Go to City Hall and tell them whose birthday it is. The birthday girls should wear them all day long. The CMs are supposed to be pretty good at noticing, and this might make the girls feel even more special. I've never done it but plan to give it a try when we're there. I've even heard that if you can pick one up the night before.
